Convention of Agression,it’s relevant

After posting a small reminder in my livejournal account for people who want to be a volunteer for tomorrow’s refuges ship arrival from Lebanon, I’ve got some comments about sharing this information in LJ Communities about Lebanese conflict, which has been started on the 12th of July.

Of course, I’ve shared this info with the readers of the community, but going deeper in the posts about Lebanese war, I was a little bit shocked, because, particularly every post condemn Israel for (don’t forget!) entering the southern Lebanon to rescue Israeli soldiers, after the silence from the side of Hezbollah.

Tell you honestly, I’m against military way of solution, but since there is no other way, no one can do anything: Hezbollah has real power in Lebanon, and the official government can’t disarm the troops of Hezbollah.

Until Lebanese people establish order inside of the country and guarantee the stability, Israel will take care of these problems, because it’s the matter of their security. And that’s the fact!

And also a small reminder, from the Convention of 1933, the definition of the aggression:

  1. Declaration of war upon another State;
  2. Invasion by its armed forces, with or without a declaration of war, of the territory of another State;
  3. Attack by its land, naval or air forces, with or without a declaration of war, on the territory, vessels or aircraft of another State;
  4. Naval blockade of the coasts or ports of another State;
  5. Provision of support to armed bands formed in its territory which have invaded the territory of another State, or refusal, notwithstanding the request of the invaded State, to take, in its own territory, all the measures in its power to deprive those bands of all assistance or protection.
