Laziness. The battle begins
March 5th, 2007

Finally, I’ve reached a gym. I was thinking of going there since January. But I managed to get there only today.
A funny thing is that trying to quit one of my bad habits, the rest disappear by themselves. But if I gonna start with one of them again, all those habits come back. Free of charge, the whole damn package!
This time, there will be few changes – hopefully, gym will help me to get rid of those habits.
Good luck, dude
Thanks, Leo!
Who knows, maybe I’ll see you around if you proceed with your weight lose mission
Which gym are you going at and at what times?
(PS: I’m right now off my program for a bit, due to work schedule and flew, but I’m coming back shortly)
I went to Anaplasys Gym, most probably I’ll be going there around 1-2 pm, right after the institute. Which attendances’ days – I haven’t chosen yet.
Sorry guys, cannot resit to leave a comment on this: “I??™m right now off my program for a bit” (a bit – this is my favorite part).
“Due to a work schedule” is a commonest excuse (read: synonimus) for laziness.
OKOK, a flu… sorry again.
Last week I had a fever and all that stuff – stayed two days in bed – no help. Then, being really desparate to recover, I went to the gym and after 5 km on a treadmill and one hour of power yoga the flu was gone. Really.
Try it next time, Leo (and get well soon anyway!)
Andrey – try yoga and you won’t be disappointed. Leave heavyweights for heavyweights
2 Lana:
I’ll think about yoga, thanks for advice, and I don’t really mess with heavy weights, because the main aspect for going to gym is to keep myself fit, and being able to run 5 km without dying after
Hehe, I’ve excused myself today at the same way, concerning bunches of things to be done. As it appeared – I could have found 1 hour or so to get some exercises. It was a pitty..
Lana,
you don’t have to look for excuses where there aren’t any.
If I didn’t feel like going to gym, I wouldn’t need any excuse, because not feeling like it is a perfect excuse in itself. And did happen to me before several times. This time though, it is indeed, work and flew.
As to you practice of sports while being sick – check with your doctor first. Listen to what he’s going to say about that.
2 Lenia: I don’t need a doctor because Dimon made his diagnosys already: “You are crazy”
And of course, what is suitable for crazy people is not good for the normal ones!
Just thought that my experience might be interesting for the others (Andrey and you included) – sometimes we don’t know our full capacity.
2 Andrey: If you really want to try yoga – the best coach in Limassol is Radmyla at Limassol Sporting Center (checked by experience – I’m sure the others will confirm – e.g. Slava Dyrdine).
2 Lana:
Alright, if after few months of gym I won’t be able to twist and stretch myself, I’ll take some professional advices from Radmyla, as the recommended twister
Hi,

So, how is your progress?
Have you got already a steel chest as that man and twist and stretch as that woman on a chair No.7?
I mean:

Please don’t forget to upload your photos after a few months of gym…
I can donate a chair.
2 Lana:
Well, there is some small progress, like oversized appetite and the pain in most of the muscles. That’s a good sight, furthermore, tones of enegry which came from nowhere.
Aight, I’ll try to get some, lately
I think it’s time for a progress report (incl.muscle photos
)
Unfortunately the progress report will be postponed, because of the absence of photos and a month of not going to the gym
But it’s all temporarily.
“But it??™s all temporarily.”
That’s what I thought
This will be rated 2nd after “I??™m right now off my program for a bit, due to work schedule” (copyright to Lenchik)
I always suspected that we, girls, are more tough and organised than you, clever computer guys
(be back on June 11th for a postponed report…)
