Every time you have a problem in setting priorities your daily routines and you ask for an advice, people go into deep explanations that you have to do everything step-by-step, furthermore, without planning anything and you will definitely reach something good, and ’d be exactly what you’ve desired.

But wait a second, shall I be happy about what I gained at the end of these steps? Short-term Planning is useless if I don’t see the end point of any thing I do. End point? Simple example of an end point: “Bright light in the dark tunnel”. Aim: reach the light. Procedure: following the light. Measure of obtaining the aim, or simple incrementing: steps. You follow the manual - the success is guaranteed.

I don’t know if this manual is applicable for exact “the light” reaching, but I can’t tell you for sure, that the success will be guaranteed if database managers and developers will know what’s their end point destination, because of this lack of organization, our group didn’t come out with 3 week’s decision: what is the database about, and what will be operating. Three weeks of useless talks in the lab, no chances of evaluating the use of what we are doing…I’m loving ! ;)

Hangover? Nope! Car accident. The group mate wasn’t focused on the road, and 800 meters before the we got into the accident. A small pick up truck didn’t even have a scratch, but the friend’s car was crushed from the side.

Good lesson for keeping distance in , but unfortunately quite expensive one. And the day just started!..

Every year starts again. The beginning was at the time of high school - lots of notes, copy books which became useless after the end of school year. The same crap lasts since that time: the piles of notes, scans appear at my table, in , around . Then they got organized in smaller heaps: ORDERed BY subject/name/type/size. In any variation this chaos continues until the end of September.

A historical moment poses a fatal question: “What is useful and what’s useless in here?” - the search of the answer leads to few-days depression. Every year I’m trying to keep the most important notes in case might be wholesome later, the result remains the same: few notepads and the books - the rest of the paper crap goes to the waste-bin. seems like has become a tradition to throw out around 5 kilos of literary trash annually.

Finally, they’ve done ! Unfortunately they found a slot for giving me one elective subject: in the 20th century. Well, comparing with the rest of the subjects, I won’t do anything at this subject, and most probably this class will be given around 6 p.m. - sucks!

The other subjects are casual, nothing extraordinary:

  • Computer Architecture II
  • Assembly Language
  • Numerical Methods
  • OOP
  • Object Oriented Database Management
